I’m Diana!
Not long after graduating college, I found myself somewhere that might feel familiar: working long hours, giving it my all, yet feeling like something was missing. Despite the degrees, the awards, and the promotions, I wasn’t fulfilled. I didn’t want just another job — I wanted a career that energized me, one with purpose, growth, and possibility.
Early on, I experienced firsthand what the right coaching can do. With trusted guidance, I recognized my own talents and strengths and aligned them with a path that was a better fit. Once I found that match, it energized me in ways I never knew a career could. I made a big change, moved to Los Angeles, and never looked back.
More than 25 years later, after a career as a fundraising director for organizations like USC, the LA Philharmonic, and Southern California Public Radio, I asked myself a new question: what if I went out on my own? I tested the waters — something I now recommend to every client considering a similar leap — and the response affirmed my instincts. I built a business helping clients with fundraising strategy, executive coaching, and leadership development, one relationship at a time.
Today, whether I’m coaching a high-achieving leader through a high-stakes decision, speaking to a room of accomplished women, or guiding a board through a strategic fundraising push, the work is the same at its core: helping people move toward the impact they’re capable of.
Success starts with one decision: to begin!
So… are you ready?
